INFORMATION EX D. LGS. 196/2003

Dear Customer, Article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 we inform you that your personal data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the subject matter of this contract  of activities of  "Due Ruote Genova Rent", including the use of such data for sending advertising material. Providing such data is not compulsory, but the refusal to release such data prevents the execution of this contract. Manager and owner of the Company is the "Due Ruote Genova Rent". Please note also that Article. 7 of Leg. 196/2003 grants to the exercise of certain rights, including that:

a) obtain from the owner of the confirmation of the existence of personal data and their providing in an intelligible form;

b) have knowledge of data, scope and modalities of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identity of the holder and subject to which the data can be transmitted, c) to obtain the updating, correction integration of data, erasure, anonymization or blocking of data treated in violation of the law;

c) obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully;

d) oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data. For the exercise of rights referred to above and any other information or communication companies may refer directly to "Due Ruote Genova Rent", with operational headquarters in Genoa, Via Romana Murcarolo 6R, tel. 010 3209267.
